The office is located at 928 Broadway (between E.21 & 22 St), Suite 303, Manhattan. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow for a timely start.

• An active credit card on file is required for booking. Appointment charges will incur on the same day of service should you wish to use the credit card on file. Alternative means of payment such as Zelle, cash, or Vemno is preferred. If available, HSA/FSA is highly encouraged. Please indicate your preferred method of payment at the time of service.

• Every appointment, virtual or in-person, is time reserved specifically for you. To honor and respect you and your time and in fairness to all patients, Nava Wellness maintains a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any and all appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours will be charged in full.
